Job Position Summary:

The Manager of Talent Acquisition will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment processes within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead a team responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet the organization’s current and future talent needs, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development – Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods.
  • Team Management – Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Candidate Screening & Pipeline Management – Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. Maintain a consistent pipeline of screened candidates for future positions.
  • Partnership Management – Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Leverage an ATS to maintain recruitment progress and streamline the hiring process.
  • Additional Responsibilities – Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortability working under pressure or strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills which maintain high performance and develop future talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
