Project Analyst

Position Summary

Entrega is a leading provider of Application Design, Development and Delivery services to global clients. Our team of professionals use their expertise and experience to deliver results for our clients that address their most important business challenges.

The Project Analyst will utilize a variety of skillsets and knowledge to assist with deliverables for an assortment of stakeholders and clients. The Project Analyst will be working collaboratively with different business teams in a mixture of roles based on the client’s needs such as assisting the management of projects, performing data analytics, creating and maintaining project documentation, reporting, conducting UAT, to translating and simplifying requirements.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met
  • Providing client support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful artifacts
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a variety of fields
  • Highly organized, eager and energetic
  • Commitment to excellence and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to think analytically and apply knowledge to solve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and skillsets on projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, accuracy, positivity, and dependability
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
