Project Delivery Analyst

Position Summary

Entrega is a leading provider of Application Design, Development and Delivery services to global clients. Our team of professionals use their expertise and experience to deliver results for our clients that address their most important business challenges.

The Project Delivery Analyst supports the assignment through tasks and execution.  This role will utilize their experience in project analysis, issue resolution and reporting skills to accurately complete duties and reporting.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Gathers data and provides notes and recaps
  • Provides resolutions to peers and project / account leadership.
  • Completes reporting or other methods that provide regular insight to the project for both the Project Delivery Team and client
  • Attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met
  • Providing client support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful artifacts
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a variety of fields
  • Highly organized, eager and energetic
  • Commitment to excellence and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to think analytically and apply knowledge to solve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and skillsets on projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, accuracy, positivity, and dependability
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
