Project Delivery Lead

Position Summary

Entrega is a leading provider of Application Design, Development and Delivery services to global clients. Our team of professionals use their expertise and experience to deliver results for our clients that address their most important business challenges.

The Project Delivery Lead will guide the day-to-day of their assignment.  This role will utilize their experience in project management, data analysis and account management skills to facilitate tasks, reporting and conclusive recommendations to the Project Delivery Manager. This position will complete task-related client requests.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Articulate client requests to Project Delivery Analysts and supporting teams
  • Provide context to requests and output for reporting
  • Interfaces directly with client regarding project related requests
  • Attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful artifacts
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met
  • Providing client support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a variety of fields
  • Highly organized, eager and energetic
  • Commitment to excellence and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to think analytically and apply knowledge to solve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and skillsets on projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, accuracy, positivity, and dependability
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
